Treatment plans will be presented in a clear manner both clinically and financially with the patient’s total dental health as a priority. For your protection, we adhere to all HIPPA and OSHA guidelines.

APPOINTMENT POLICY

The first step towards a beautiful, healthy smile is to schedule an appointment. Please contact our office by phone or complete the appointment request form below. Our scheduling coordinator will contact you to confirm your appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we request 24 hours advance notice to avoid charges.

The security and privacy of your personal data is one of our primary concerns and we have taken every precaution to protect it.

FINANCIAL

For your convenience, we accept cash, personal checks, money orders, and major credit cards. Payment is expected at the time services are performed. When more extensive dental care is necessary, financial arrangements can be made with our office. You may apply online at www.carecredit.com.

Insurance plans vary and though we will provide dental benefit estimates, please review your individual policy. Be aware that most insurance plans reduce the benefit for composite (white) fillings placed in back teeth to that of an amalgam (silver) filling. The patient is responsible for the difference. Our staff will gladly submit a pre-treatment estimate to your insurance company so that you will know what your benefits will be prior to your procedure.

No insurance? Ask about our in-house Ragan’s Saving Plan. For our patients without insurance, we’ve launched Ragan’s Saving Plan to simplify payments for preventative care and also save money on treatments.
